Entrepreneur & Systems Thinker

I build agentic software that helps founders run their businesses with less chaos and less dependence on them. I've spent nearly 20 years building, scaling, acquiring, and fixing businesses, and managed more than $50 million in profitable ad spend along the way. I write about what actually works.

Mitch's core thesis is that most businesses don't have a marketing problem or a people problem — they have a systems problem. Information gets lost, decisions depend on the founder, work gets duplicated, and marketing, sales, operations, and finance drift apart.

Today he builds agentic software that captures a business's knowledge, applies its principles, recommends decisions, and executes meaningful work — so the business grows stronger without growing more dependent on its founder. He writes at The Moat about what actually works, and lives with his family on Maui.
